    Raised when an Increment/Decrement action is initiated (Mouse click on ButtonSpinners, keyboard Up/Down keys pressed, mouse-wheel activated).

    The event handler receives an argument of type SpinEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following SpinEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.
